Seeking the data of each permit to carry application in the state and date the application was either approved, denied, or withdrawn.

I am requesting employee payroll records pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10. Each employee record should contain: an individual's name, title, position, salary(and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation, and the amount and type of any pension received. The following records requested (PDF Format) are as follows: (1) The 2021 year-end payroll record for each employee in the NJSP National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Unit. (2) The 2022 year-end payroll record for each employee in the NJSP NICS Unit. (3) The 2021 year-end payroll record for each employee in the NJSP State Bureau of Identification (SBI). (4) The 2022 year-end payroll record for each employee in the NJSP SBI.

I am requesting PDF records of annual year-end expense breakdown reports/operation costs. The following records are as follows: (1) 2021 year-end expense breakdown report for NJSP State Bureau of Identification (SBI). (2) 2022 year-end expense breakdown report for NJSP SBI. (3) 2021 year-end expense breakdown report for the NJSP National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Unit. (4) 2022 year-end expense breakdown report for the NJSP NICS Unit.

I am requesting PDF records of revenue breakdown reports. The following records are as follows: (1) 2021 year-end revenue breakdown report for NJSP State Bureau of Identification (SBI). (2) 2022 year-end revenue breakdown report for NJSP SBI. (3) 2021 year-end revenue breakdown report for the NJSP National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Unit. (4) 2022 year-end revenue breakdown report for the NJSP NICS Unit. (5) Revenue breakdown of the $19,384,299.00 in ??User-Fee?? revenue through the processing of noncriminal justice fingerprints, employment background checks and National Instant Criminal Background Checks (NICS) associated with firearms transfers/purchases from NJSP SBI in 2021. This breakdown should separate the categories and revenue of noncriminal justice fingerprinting fees (firearms vs non firearm fingerprinting)

As to Items 1-5, a search was conducted for responsive records, and no records exists. However, you are being provided the 2021 and 2022 breakdown reports for non-criminal justice fingerprints fees. This record does not contain all the information requested; however, this is the only version we are able to provide at this time. Please note, the column labeled "Dollar Amount" contains a negative number that represents money coming in and the positive dollar amount are the expenses that are being paid out. The Division reserves the right to claim additional grounds for denial not raised in this response.

On the FBI NICS Site there are Reports & Statistics, these break down firearms background checks by categories such as day/month/ year/state/type. I would like to see how many firearms background checks are processed by day/type for the State of New Jersey, however none of the reports available online display the daily numbers per state. The daily records only show the combined national totals. To satisfy my request, I would like access to the raw data used to compile these reports.
